I have a movie that is ripped from a asian dvd.
Since that dvd doesnīt have swedish subs, which i want, iīm wondering if it is possible to change the timecodes of a swedish subfile i found that is for the divx version of the movie.
The problem is that the divx version doesnīt start at the same position as the dvd, the difference is about 20 secs.
Can this be done in an easy way or is the only way to change the timecodes manually ??

What format are the subs in? either way it should be easy.. if you download vobsub from http://vobsub.edensrising.com it will install SubResync which you can use to edit times.. Also if they are Srt files i belive you can use SubRip to adjust the times of the files. You can get subrip from doom9's downloads.

Well in Subrip all you have to do is open the program click on the 2nd toolbar button the one next to the VOB button this will open your Srt file editor. then just open the srt file and click the Time button this will open a dialog box to add/minus time corrections to the whole file..
In Subresync just open subresynx load the file and click on the first time and wait for a bit till you can edit it then change the times and the rest will change and save it then..
