DVD Decrypter 3 HELP PLZZZZZ

when i use DVD Decrypter 3 it copy's the dvd okay and the menus but 3/4 of the way into the film it just sticks??? anybody know y

it's a media problem, re-record at 1x or use a different/quality brand. you can check the disc in nero cdspeed utility and see if you get unusual spikes in the graph at the spot where the movie "sticks"
