Help with DVD2AVI using a guide on this site

I'm using the "Getting the Best out of CCE" guide but I'm getting stuck when using DVD2AVI I click on the link to Creating a DVD2AVI and begin the process there the problem is the guide says i should end up with multiple AC3 files but I only end up with one and one d2v file? There is multiple languages in the move (swordfish) but i only end up with one ac3 file anyone help me out here?

Set the audio to "Demux all Tracks" instead of "Demux" and you will get one .ac3 for every dolby digital soundtrack in the .vob streams. You will still get a single .d2v when you save the project.

(Disclaimer: I haven't read that guide, but I have used this program.)
