so... i have an avi whose framerate is 100fps. Virtual Dub, as well as every frame changing application I've seen, just change the header when you change the frame rate... so when I change the frame rate, the 13 second long video clip becomes almost 2minutes. The audio is still 13 seconds, so it stops, and the video clip keeps playing...
So... if I wanted to change the framerate by actually dropping frames, and not just changing the header... how would I do that?
