Hey all, Im new to the DVD ripping scene. I started off with DVD2SVCD and attempted to rip a few movies. Because my computer is a few years old, this process too an incredibly long time, and was not worth it because my roomates DVD player can only play VCDs. Anyway, i was looking for a way to rip DVDs to VCDs in the easiest process possible, but still have good quality.
I have read and it looks like DVDx is the best method for this. However, i am having problems even starting the program. I cant opent the program because I get the error "THe ordinal 11 could not be located in the dynamic link library DSOUND.dll"
If anyone can help me solve this problem, i would be greatly appreciative. I attempted to download that specific dll from a dll site, but that didnt help. I am using windows 2000 which I just recently (3weeks) formatted.
