View Full Version : Using Vobsub within AviSynth produces artifacts in subtitles

I'm using AviSynth 2.06, VirtualDub 1.4.10, and Vobsub 2.18.

The artifacts are a green fringe around the subtitle; it doesn't show up if I use Vobsub in VirtualDub.

Have you tried TexTsub(Included with VobSub) and work under YUY2!

No, I've never used TextSub, since I believe it won't work with subtitles ripped directly from DVDs. Processing the subtitles is an extra step I'd rather not bother with...

I belive this is a known problem with vobsub 2.18 and i think gabest has fixed this in upcoming version already. But i don't know when he is going to release it.
