Ripping and converting "Mission impossible 2" with DVD2SVCD, when bbMPEG is cutting and multiplexing at 99% progress of the first of 2 files (bbmpeg_muxed_file00.mpg)., it prompts with the next error:

“bbMPEG - error
Could not find user data at I-frame 9023 in file d:\temp\bbmpeg_muxed_file00.mpg.”

In others threads it is suggested to disable "add SVCD scan-offset" option from bbMPEG Output Settings, without no convincing expert opinion of how this could prejudice the movie. Other suggestions talk about re encode...
An expert opinion and explanation is required
It took 24 hours to encode the movie so please help me fix the problem without starting everything again. Tanks.

This is how did happend:

This error message made RunbbMPEG unable to continue making the second file (bbmpeg_muxed_file01.mpg), or DVD2SVCD to close RunbbMPEG, because the dialog box that was prompting whit the error. I’d press ok on the error message and this are the last lines that bbMPED show:

Multiplexing information
Video stream data rate : 366700 bytes/sec (2933600 bits/sec)
Audio stream 1 data rate : 24000 bytes/sec (192000 bits/sec)
Overhead data rate : 6150 bytes/sec (49200 bits/sec)
Total data rate : 396850 bytes/sec (3174800 bits/sec)

Multiplexing file d:\temp\bbmpeg_muxed_file00.mpg
Finished multiplexing d:\temp\bbmpeg_muxed_file00.mpg
Calculating 9030 SVCD user data scan offsets for file d:\temp\bbmpeg_muxed_file00.mpg

The progress window of bbMPEG shows “SVCD Scan Offsets 99% - 8940 of 9030 I-Frames”

bbMPEG at that moment only give me the option to press Ok at the main panel. When I do, bbMPEG closes and DVD2SVCD continue it’s job.
This result on DVD2SVCD to make a perfect “CD_Image_File_CD1.bin” and its .cue file, but never even know that there was a second .bin file to make whit the other half of the movie.

I tried 2 times using the crash recovery function, making it start from Multiplexing and Cutting and same happens.

Here is my log file:
