Minor question bout Besweet

I don't have a problem but more of a "I wanna know" question. Why is it that when i convert a .wav file to .mp3 in besweet and play the .mp3 file in winamp the birate always jumps around, instead of staying at a constant 192kbps?

you've probably created a VBR(Variable BitRate) mp3, this is higher quality than the CBR(Constant BitRate) mp3 you are talking about, but if you would like a CBR 192 file, use the following lame command-line:

--alt-preset cbr 192

i don't really see a point in using cbr at the moment...
