NO SUBTITLES!!!! Derrow!

I am using IfoEdit 0.6 to remux movies (with an m2v file) because this version apparently does not have some errors as final versions may have. But I have a problem. I play the DVD in my computer, and subtitles appear fine, but in my stand alone, they just don't appear when I select them!

It's happened with several DVd's, such as School Ties, FightClub, WindTalkers.

What could be the problem!
