I already have the VOBS for a DVD on my computer, but I want just the M2V file so I can import it into Maestro without rencoding..... yes it's small enough......
How can I do this ? And I can't run the whole DVD through DVD Decrypter, I have a long explamation why it won't work for this case but i don't want to type it.
Is there just a way to un-mux the VOB's ??

Vobrator can demux into the component streams. Assuming your vobs are already de-encrypted, it should work fine.
Smartripper also will allow you to demux VOBs into streams. That's what I usually use.

Use VOBedit

VStrip + GUI still the best ... for me.

Okay I already got that problem solved..... but why whenever I try to import my subs in Maestro it gives me an error about timecodes, etc. even though there is already a video in the timeline ?!

In Maestro to the lower left of the video stream there is the timecode number. Change it to 00:00:00:00, import your subtitles then reset it back to what it was.
This won't work for importing chapters...
