Have you checked in BMP adjustment dialog - Positioning - Top Position - Even values only? Try, if not. If the problem still remains, then set subtitle size to full vob size like in Scenarist output and this line should be out.

In the BMP adjustment window. Go to the sheet with minimal subtitle size and set it to the max (720x478, resp. 720x574) - like in Scenarist output.

Not in Maestro, I thought SubRip.
In the window where you set the output (Free/.../Maestro/Scenarist/...) go to the 2nd sheet and you'll see...

Hi,
i think your dvd is Pal, right? So in Subrip you should select minimum picture witdh and height 720x576 and not 720x480. At the end of Subrip in Output Format the frame rate must be 25.000 not 30.000. Donīt change the numbers you get on Colors " background, font, outline and antialiasing ".The rest of the steps are exactly as in the guide.
In the end join everything with Dvdmaestro and see the results.

fcaeiro: So an another way. After starting the process, there appear "some" window, where you can change all according to subtitle picture. In one of the tabs is the minimum subtitle size, is set default to 16x50 for DVD Maestro. Let's change these values to max. That's all.
