Remuxing CCE mpeg2 with ifoedit ?

Why is it that CCE re-encoded mpeg2 files cant be remuxed with ifoedit.. im using CCE SP v2.64.01.02 and Ifoedit 0.94.

It plays well the first seconds but then it starts to behave real weird, pausing and jumping like a mad-cow :-)

I know it works well with Rempeg but i dont like the quality it produces..
