I'm using that TimeFactory program v1.2 to stretch audio from NTSC to PAL length.

The problem is, the program stops conversion on long files, sometimes at 30 minutes, sometimes at 45 minutes, etc

I have a P3 @667MHz running on a VIA Apollo Pro 133 based motherboard with 128MB SDRAM and a (very old installation of) Windows98 SE.

Is it my windows or the program? anybody have the same problem? any solution? (don't tell me to use another program, stretching with TimeFactory or no stretching at all! all other programs have crap quality)

i would suggest that you split your file to some slices.

I tried that, but after converting & putting the slices together, there is a small pause between the parts in the unified file.

Any other solution?

I mean a tool to do this job without the must to cut the wav-files, it must handle all file-lengths with correct pitch, what is there else ?
I can't imagine that the industry is working like that (slicing and spicing).

I am having this same problem! It sucks! Except I'm using the newest version, 1.61. Any ideas why this is happening? And/or how to fix it?

Please help me!
