CCE 2.50 question

i'm making a MPEG1 movie with CCE v2.50
but NERO claims that the produced file, the video stream, is not VCD compatible
i'm using the default settings, for MPEG1, in CCE

what i'm doing wrong :confused:
must i change some settings and which are they :(

Go to vcdhelp.com and click on the VCD section from the side menu. Scroll down the page a little and it will tell you what the specs are for VCD. Basicly 1150kbs CBR video, 352x240 resolution for NTSC (352x288 for PAL) and 29.97fps or 23.976fps for NTSC (25fps for PAL) with one 224kbs mp2 audio track.

vcdhelp also has many guides for creating VCDs, but most use TMPEGenc because it's free, easy to use and is said to produce better mpeg1 output than CCE.
