AC3 Avi playback on 4 Speaker PC System?

I have an avi file with ac3 encoded audio... I am trying to figure out how to play it back with a 4 speaker setup from my Soundblaster Live.

The Moonlight Odio Dekoda allows me to change the speaker setup, but if I try 2 front, 2 rear, the audio starts playing slow, or at least sounding like they are talking slow (if that makes sense). I am just wondering what settings everything should be at and what software I should use to playback the file. Thanks in advance.

Try using Valex's new 0.54b filter. It's fully featured and should do exactly what your looking for...

just a hint, dont know if u already have them, but there are rather new drivers for the live.

without these drivers 4channel output was impossible for me.
(using live1024 4channel with Moonlight Odio Dekoda)
