I've noticed some things with audio stream id in vobs, but i'd like it to be confirmed.

In vobs, does it work like this ?
id from 0x80 to 0x89 -> AC3
id from 0x8A to ?? -> DTS
id from 0xA0 to ?? -> LPCM

I have no DVD with MPG audio, so I don't know its id :(

Can you confirm this ?
Thanks.

As a substream ID in Private Stream 1 (stream ID BD), 80 to 87 may be AC3, DTS, or SDDS. A0 to A7 are LPCM. MPEG audio is stream C0 to C7.

Thanks.

So I have still another question. In VobEdit, it knows when it deals with ac3 or dts. How does it work ?

Been working on DTS stuff and found out its substream is 88 to 8f, not 80 to 87.
