In reading the information on this forum I have come to the conclusion that the general consensus is to respectfully disagree. This is healthy however; I must throw this out and let me finish before you boo me. Is there a “best” (most accepted) method of producing a high quality SVCD. I am not asking for which encoder or which menu software. I am asking general procedures.
Example:
Step 1. Rip
Step 2. Convert
Step 3. Frames serve
Step 4. Color it
Step 5. And so on.
When finished you should have a generally accepted high quality video on SVCD.
In short give a basic produce to obtain the highest quality without naming product names, which I understand, are subjective.
This too may be too specific but I feel it should give rise to discussion and comments.
Please assume source is DV or AVI
I have read and read this forum but if I missed the answer please just point me in the direction.
