Photoshop and my 80go IBM HD

Hi all,

I have this strange probe : Photoshop crashes when i attempt to open images that are on my second HD...
Drag and drop works fine.

Last week I changed my motherboard,proc and RAM and toshop STILL crashes when accessing second HD.

so what the hell toshop doesn't like?

I presume you'll want to answer "toshop hates your second HD" but all other compositing and video processing softs i have works fine with that HD...

yep, same with me
I think its a bug in v7.0
cos it only happens with my 60gig IBM hd
drag and drop....fine
photoshop v6.....fine

maybe Adobe forgot that HDs were getting bigger.

Right, i think you'r right (i didn't metionned that it was toshop 7, but is IS!!)

BUT...i realized yesterday that toshop is'nt really crashing but is simply taking 7 minutes to access properly the HD...
