New to this authoring thing. Been working on this for a while. A few, I hope, simple questions I didn't see elsewhere:

1. How does one remove an assest in Maestro? Was going through
the 9to5 guide, supposed to replace output.m2v file, cant
remove the first file.
2. Does it matter what order the the audio files place in the
timeline and do you need them all?
3. How does one export to .vob files in maestro?

Any suggestons greatly apprecciated. Thanks in advance.

u can not remove an asset in Maestro if it is being used in a timeline. Removeit form timeline before trying to remove it from asset bin.

I u r using ifoedit methode it sure does. U will hear the wrong audio for a given choice in menu. If u r reauthoring it sure doesnt. U ll link the right audio to the right menu button.

When u r done authoring, press the 'Compile' button on the pallete or choose Compile from the menu before last I think. Rarely use it, the menu I mean. I think also I saw a 'create vob' command in a drop down menu, not 100% sure if I am not mistaken it with Scenarist.

To remove an asset from the timeline, just click on it and hit the DELETE key on your keyboard.
