"Parsing Error" in Maestro

Anybody know the cause of "Parsing Error" when importing a asset in Maestro.
I have reempegd a movie down to 3.9Gb, and when I go to import the .m2v file I get the parsing error.
The original thats 5.6Gb imports ok.
Help. :confused:
