This looks like a coefficient overflow problem which MSMPEG4 seems to suffer from.

You can try smoothing the area to reduce the size of the coefficients, or try a different build, or a higher DRF (lower DRFs yield larger quantized values thus more chance of an overflow).

Isn't this what antishit is for?
