Q: Maestro, multi PGC and IFOupdate 0.51

Hi,
i have a little question about authoring dvd in Maestro using playlist as PGCs. I am newbie with maestro so i hope my question isn't really stupid. I'll try to explain my problem on virtual example.

I ripped DVD and in VTS_01 there was 3 PGC so i ripped them separately. encoded em and so on..
now i have something like this
pgc1.m2v pgc1.ac3
pgc2.m2v pgc2.ac3
pgc3.m2v pgc3.ac3
Then i use ifoupdate to rip chpaters in maestro format
pgc1.chp, pgc2.chp and pgc3.chp
each file starts with zero.
Now i start Maestro import all of the assets (btw pgc1.m2v length not equals length of pgc1.ac3 but it is about 3 seconds, i am using dvd2avi and cce following guides here on doom9)
Now i want to combine it. How? When i try to put video sequentional second after first and third after second then i don't know how to import chapters? (they starts with zero time) and i don't know what to do with audio as well. (diferent length of audio and video)
Please can someone help me? I tried to find answer here in forum and on google.com but i was unsuccessfull :(

drop the 3 files in the one 'movie', create a sync audio track, now with the chapter list files, the first will import fine, the 2nd you will have to edit the file and offset it by the length of the first movie, and for the third one you need to offset the chapters by the length of both movies.

then create a playlist for each of the movies, compile and use ifoedit to remove the first 'PGC' which is all the chapters in the VTS (or 'movie')

So if i understand it correctly it is better to rip entire file as it has no PGCs?
So only Chapters is good to rip looking into each PGC separately... if i am not right please correct me.

uhh, other way around...

rip the chapter list for the whole VTS at once (if thats possible), and rip each VTS vid/audio separate.
