We can often read about problems with such DVDR vendor or this general selling online shop or...etc.
I feel it's also normal to congratulate nice people and staff.
I get from http://www.playstationmods.com some DVD bulkpaq (white ones) and about 30 out of the 50 where scratched. on the 20 remaining, in fact , only 8 were without defects.
I sent an email to know the return policy, which was answered within 24 hours. (Already nice ! ).
Then I sent back the 30 scratched plus about 10 already burned, but coasters.
2 weeks later, today, i received 50 new bulkpaq DVDR, violett ones, news version.
We have to keep on mind that errors and mistakes on orders can happen sometimes (who can say he never do mistakes ?) but, i think it is the way companies manage these problems which is the most important.
As it is "my congratulation post", I also find cdr-by-mail.co.uk as very nice and reliable people.
