How do I copy the ENTIRE DVD to the hard drive so I can just watch it from there?

I want to put a few movies on my hard drive so I can watch them without the DVD in the drive. I want it to be perfect, all the menus, bonus items etc. How do I do this?

Doom9: Totally off topic, but this thread reminded me..
It seems that the only way to browse to the "XCD" guide is to hit the "complete list of all guides" page. It doesn't appear to be linked from any of the main guide pages.
Is that true, or am I missing something obvious?

@defiler: if it's off topic please start a new thread next time. The xcd guide is also listed in the news of June and July but nowhere else.. guess I didn't quite know where to put it. DivX guides overview page seems to be the most likely place. What do you think?
