Avisynth with CCE and Premiere

Are there any versions of avisynth that support both CCE 2.5 and exporting from Premiere 6.5. I found that v0.3 is the only one I can get Premiere to work exporting to TMPGEnc, but this version does not work with CCE (something about not supporting a 1/1 framrate?). Versions 1.06 and 2.05 seem to work with CCE but not with Premiere. I read through the forum and got avisynthEX.dll but could not get that to work with Premiere either (maybe my script was incorrect?).
Has there been any version of avisynth that worked with both CCE 2.5 and Premiere export to TMPGEnc.?

I would suggest just using the non-AVIsynth Premiere Video Server plugin which you can use to create a fake AVI file and then open that AVI in AVISynth.
The AVIsynth plugin itself isn't very good.
