Anybody know where to buy decent double dvd cases (for split DVD-9's of course) that don't bend the dvd's when you remove them, the kind where you just press the center and they pop out?? I got some from sleeve city, and the ones I recieved were almost IMPOSSIBLE to get out, it requires way to much dexterity.
I guess the desired style is 'Amaray', I'm hoping to get them for less that a buck each, slim style.
Anyone with leads on sites with nice prices?

...I dunno I guess I'm really impatient, I already bought some on ebay, they were 100 for $30 + $17 SH, so basicly $.50 each, not too bad. Seems sellers on ebay cant seem to aggree on what amaray style is, and the pictures are not too clear, but hopefully it will turn out well, will report back when I get them. Anyone one else bought ebay cases, please chime in.
heres a pic of the ones I bought, can anyone makeout what style it is? here (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2054183038)

I get my doubles at DiscsDirect.com:
http://www3.mailordercentral.com/discsdirect/products.asp?dept=143
They're $.29 a piece. I did an order of 100, it was $14 for shipping. Brings it up to about $.43 a piece with shipping. Not bad.

padre, what style clasps do they use though, 'snapper' style (where you have to bend the dvd a lost sometimes to get them out) or amaray style?

Ghamu,
I honestly don't remember. I have three different types of double dvd cases in my collection, and I don't remember which type they shipped me.

The last lot of doubles I got were from www.thepriceiswrite.co.uk which had the disc holder on both halves of the case instead of a seperate holder on a middle flap. Hhhuummmmmmmm nnice.
Happy Ripping.

Ghamu,
i'm not sure what you mean with "snapper" style, but the ones that i just received from discdirect.com (in fact, today ;)) are very gentle to the DVDs. you press ONE lever in the middle, and the disc is released without bending (compared to others that have maybe three levers). maybe that's the one that was depicted on ebay with their "m-locking mechanism"... if you want, i can try to get a picture of the release lock and send it to you. otherwise, those double cases look very similar to the ones from your ebay order. at $0.29 a piece, it's not too shabby (s&h was $6.61 via fedex for 50 pieces).
i'm just very disappointed with this order because this double case was not the one that they had on display on their website (with an inner flap) allowing to insert an index card on the left side of the case (as shown here: http://cdrdvdrmedia.com/newdvdcasdou.html).

I just received my order from Disc direct too. I too got the double DVD cases....not the same as theyshow on their web site. Got the same ones as you did. Unable to place index card on the left side.

yep jazzie,
that's why i just ordered another batch from http://cdrdvdrmedia.com/newdvdcasdou.html. 100 pieces are quite a few, but you never know when you need them ;). i paid $45 plus $12.40 s&h via ups ground.
