Maestro VTS limitation

I've been reading some posts that mention some kind of limitation with Maestro and the VTS for the first PGC. Can someone clarify just what that means? I've been authoring with ReelDVD which is restricted to one PGC so multiple PGCs is new to me.

the first PGC in a VTS created with DVDMaestro is the whole VTS, then the playlists are the next PGC's.

PGC's are 'titles'.
