Thwiipp,
I have a Pioneer A03/103 and use:
- Prassi to burn DVD's
It's simple and burns from image files I create with IfoEdit, DVDDecrypter and other apps
- DVDit PE to create DVD's from MPEGs
For basic DVD menus and creation. PE version supports Widescreen format. I create the DVD folder in DVDit, I don't burn it. I use Prassi to burn the output.
- Studio v8 to create MPEGs from my DV camcorder (or create AVIs and convert to MPEGs with TMPGenc)
I also use S8 to create DVD images, moving menus and moving backgrounds. S8 is still a little buggy, but the MPEG2 encoder is much better than S7. Again, I build the DVD image with S8, but burn it with Prassi
- Use Smartripper or DVDDecrypter to rip DVD's
If the DVD is less than 4.7gb, I use DVDDecrypter. If it's more, I split it with Smartripper, process it with IfoEdit and burn with Prassi.
Does that help?
