Scenarist Error...please look and help

So I', trying to use scenarist to do a movie and this is what i get for an error. I'm follwing the doom9 guide to the letter. I'm using CCE 2.5 (with avisynth) Scenarist 2.6 as well as everything else required in the guide to re-creating multiple pgc films.

It seems that u have run in a off specs situation. There must be a point in your video stream that the sum of audio-video and subs exceeds the max of 10.8mbs of DVD.

Check the video with bitrate viewer and notice the max bitrate. U have to reduce it by no means other than reencoding.

2nd possibility. U have a number of uncompressed wavs as audio files with the same video. Encode them as ac3s.
