How do you create a command sequence in DVDMAESTRO?

I followed Doom9's guide. But when I get to the command sequence part it won't work. I right click command sequence and click on add new command sequence. Then I double click the new sequence I just created and it brings up sequence editor, but its all blank and all the buttons are grayed out. And I can't add anything to it.

Any ideas?
Is my copy of Maestro corrupt?

Press the 'Add' button to the right of the screen to add a NOP command that u can change from the top menu to the command needed.

I found the window finally. It was behind all the other editing windows.
