I have downloaded the dos loader and firmware 1.68 file from the pioneer-faq page. I am trying to downgrade becuase somebody said they burn a disc that I can not burn and said that it might be the firmware. I have 1.90 on my dvr-a03 now, Should I try to downgrade for this reason, and if so how do I load the dos program in win 2k pro? Do I need a dos start up disc? I would like some advice before trying this because I don't want to screw up pioneer drive as I bought it over a year ago...No Warranty...

I have about 90 blank dvd-r and can't use them on my pioneer dvr-a03 firmware 1.90. I was wondering if anybody else could? also if they can't be read on the pioneer dvr-a03 I would be willing to trade them for SOMETHING...
