Existance of something like an .ogm tagger?

Hi very nice people:p ,

I was wondering if there existed something like an ogm. tagger.
First i wanted to tag my avi files with the excellent abc tagger. But i decided to switch to ogm (Xvid/divx 5.0.2 with ogg) files. Anywhy to do this? or by a bypass?

bypass: Use Graphedit and remux the file. Add options in the OGG Muxer.
