I'm moving all my video work to a new (faster) computer. I'd like to set it up with an optimal directory structure for VDub (including the old ASF version), NDub, Gordian Knot, and AVISynth. The item that strikes me at the moment is to only put my Graft filters in a single directory that all would use with ease, but I'm sure there are other considerations also that I have not encoutered yet.

Can anyone recommend an optimal directory structure to accomplish this, and what problems might I run into in establishing it (e.g., duplicate .exe names, etc.)?
