just upgraded to an 1800+ cpu

1. when i encode a 704x288 clip (sharp bicubic resize from 704x408) with xvid (latest koepi) i get about 30 fps. is that alright or should it be more. just wanting to make sure ...

2. wasn't there a patch for win xp that only enabled sse or something?

3. 4,84V on the 5V at 100% cpu-load is that still tolerable?

i get the same values as you (xvid 1-pass). also for the 5V power.
