Maybe there is that certain someone with that certain extra information. The community of "bsplayer lovers" also resides on these pages, moreover because the official site is down and BS2K hasn't been answering post for a long time as well as absence of updates.
So far we assumed him being busy on v1.0 of the player, but now I'm a little anxious:
Is he still active ?? Site has been down before but not for such a long time!
