Gknot problems with audio

I have this problem where gknot encodes the audio, but not the whole audio track. It dosent give any errors it just stops at about 55-65 minutes and then continues as per normal. It even muxes the audio with the movie perfectly, except for the fact that the audio is about an hour short. I've tried different ac3 files from the dvd, but no luck. It sometimes works for a little longer giving me a 80 odd minute track. Cant seem 2 figure out what the problem is.

Have you tried using besweet on its own? Try that it might work and then just select your MP3 in the audio menu and select Just Mux.
