As you know you can activate in GKnot 0.26.x some settings regarding the default DivX5 Pro features under "Options". So my question:

Are these settings relevant for the comp check? Should I activate here the options I'm going to use later in the encoding or should I leave all unchecked so that GKnot can calculate the percentage with always the same options.

Thank you in advance...

For compressibility tests, Gknot will use the pro features that you set in the Options tab as default. Bi-directional encoding will have a big impact on compressibility.

It's been recommended that you use exactly the same configuration for testing as for full encoding.
