When i create a DVD2AVI project the certain DVD i am ripping is Interlaced NTSC. And when i encode it i get black lines from behind where something is moving for example:

Your lines are interlaced efects, and you should see in vdub/nandub if the movie is a (1)telecined one (movies/anime) or (2)imported one(shows/tv series/anime/p0rn) and to avoid them use a deinterlacer in case 2 or in case 1 use a telecine filter or check in dvd2avi the "forced film" on.
