C C E settings help!

ok here it is....im using cce 2.64 to encode my dvd`s,the only thing is i dont know which settings affect the quality and size of the final file,i usually set min bitrate to 3000 and max to 7500,but as for the other settings im not sure how they affect the finished m2v or which ones to alter to get large films like lord of the rings down to a size around 3.7gb so i can author them along with my ac3 file in maestro giving me a final combined size of 4.2 ish so they fit on the dvd-r ok....wow thats basicly it dudez...can anyone help me out as im not use to using cce...CHEERS.:confused:

I have used this program 5 times thus far. With settings stated in the guide you will end up with video 1/2 the original size in 1st pass. Quality is excellent.
