Jimmy Neutron doesn't start at the beginning

I've extracted all of the movie files with DVDDecrypter and found the correct VOB Id's for the movie. I used IFOEdit to strip the VOB Extras. I did the GETVTS at the end like normal. When I try to play the movie in PowerDVD (using play DVD files from disk) it starts the movie a few chapters in. When I open the newly created files with DVD2AVI it starts right at the beginning. Any ideas?

*Update: It looks like I fixed it. Even though it looks like the movie starts with VOB ID 2 when I include ID 1 it works fine.*

looks like somehow the chapters might have been altered, remember dvd2avi does not go by chapters just plays whole v-clip

I've successfully copied this movie simply by copying all files, and deleting the full screne (or wide) vob's x_1 x_2, etc.

Then use infoedit to "get VST sectors" and you're done.
