i tried to encode a movie with 2 audio tracks. the result i got is the video file (.avi) without sound and 2 audio files (.mp3).
how can i get the 2 audio files into the video file ?

Use nandub.

But before you go there have you looked carefully in the dir where you want the output files? You should have two .avi's, one called film_Movie.avi (without sound) and one called film.avi (with sound).
One thing that can make muxing go wrong is if you only do a second pass (i.e. you did the first pass earlier in another job.) For some reason this doesn't work for me.
