dvd2svcd always sets the cutpoint to 796 or 736 but is just can burn the mpeg if the cutpoint is 795 or 735.and why tookes dvd2svcd's bbmpeg much more time for multiplexing than the real bbmpeg.
p.s.
sorry for my english.i'm german.

Use the search button next time, these are 2 very basic questions probably answered 100 times.
First, the cut point it set less than the max file size so that it doesn't exceed the max size and become unburnable. It's not a bug at all, it's very much a good idea.
Second, I'm not sure where you got that idea, because it isn't slower than the 'real' bbmpeg. And besides very minor adjustments to the code, the bbmpeg included with d2s is no different than the official bbmpeg, so your 'real' claim is invalid.

The multiplexing part will be slower if you use CD overlapping, because bbMPEG will then be run for each CD, instead of just once.

I guess he is commando...
Just change the CD size in the bitrate tab, if for some reason you're getting files 1mb too large, then set the CD size to 1mb less. You seriously could have found this out by just looking at the program, not to mention searching or any number of other things.
