video shaking problems

for some reason im having problems with my video...i dont know whether its monitor related or video card related...i think its card thought...im running win xp with a rage 128 pro card...32 mbs...and for some reason on the far left and right sides of the moniter i see i guess u would describe it as shaking...its not to terrible and ive kind of become used to it...but i think its the card because i tried to switch with an older 16mb card that came with the comp and its fine....does anyone have any suggestions on wut to do to try and make the lil wavy...shaky thingys go away?

maybe the problem can be fixed by messing with your display settings. I would change the refresh rate around, and the resolution as well. I had an ATI card that only worked at certain settings like that.
