Hallo everyone,
How can I make right INI file for MDVD?
I use MicroDVD menu Maker, but when I make INI for MDVD from multi cd divx movie (I mean movie on two CDs with two parts subtitles) all look OK in first time. But when I play it, first part is OK (movie with subtitle), but when MDVD change on next part (second CD), movie play OK but witout subtitle.
Please help me,
Thanks Vanda

@Vandas
Well, it's been a long time since I've last used MicroDVD and dealt with MDVD ini files, but I guess you have to use the "full subtitles file without splitting it" in both your ini files.
For example:
(of course the content of your ini files will be different ;))
CD1
----------------
[MAIN]
Title=Movie Name
ID=1234678
CDNumber=1
Delay=1
[MOVIE]
Directory=.
AVIName=movie1.avi
AVI2Name=movie2.avi
CD1Frames=112000
CD2Frames=114000
[SUBTITLES]
Directory=.
Format=2
Lines=2
EstimateDisplayDuration=0
1=ENG English
File=movie.sub
CD2
------------------
[MAIN]
Title=Movie Name
ID=9101112
CDNumber=2
Delay=1
[MOVIE]
Directory=.
AVIName=movie1.avi
AVI2Name=movie2.avi
CD1Frames=112000
CD2Frames=114000
[SUBTITLES]
Directory=.
Format=2
Lines=2
EstimateDisplayDuration=0
1=ENG English
File=movie.sub
Hope this helps. Good luck!

@Vandas
I've been using Zoom Player for a long while, and I'm quite pleased with it.

try BSPlayer, Media Player Classic or Zoom Player. I like the second the most, but out of these three you should be able to choose your favorite.

@ Iago
And your Zoom Player, it can play movie (solid) on two CDs with subtitles? You know what I mean?

@Vandas
Well, my first reply was specifically about MDVD with ini files (for two CDs), which I assume you use to launch automatically and autoplay your rips.
Regarding Zoom Player: If you aim to use it to autoplay your rips, I guess it is possible too, but the procedure must be different of course, though I don't know much about it because I haven't been using any launchers or autoplay functions for a long time.
But yes, imho Zoom Player is very successful in playing all sorts of DivX and XviD (also OGM, XCD-dat, etc.) files without any problems.

EDIT: And your Zoom Player, it can play movie (solid) on two CDs with subtitles? You know what I mean? Only if we ask the correct questions, can we find the correct answers, right? ;)
