Followed the Sticky: Still having illegal Navigation Problems

I've burned about 50 or so DVD's without a problem, but I recently tried to copy "Good Will Hunting". These are the stepst That I do..

1) I rip all files to my HD using the Files mode in Smartripper.
2) Then open the main movie *.ifo and click vob extras. Strip out
the menu and all unwanted streams leaving only the movie in my
designated folder.
3) Here I check to see if the movie is still to large, if so (as in
my case "Good will hunting") then I open my new main movie .ifo
file and click on the menu "vob extras" then "Split to 2 DVDR's"
This results having two folders with respective .ifo files in them.
4) Now I copy over the VIDEO_TS.ifo and BUP from the folder that
resulted in just the movie, no menu and unwanted streams.
5) I change all the Chapter Information to match where I split the
Movie.
6) The first disc works perfectly, but the second disc still comes up
with illegal navigation.

I try to follow the sticky buy my first play command in my 2nd disc is already set to Jump to title set 1. I don't know what to do anymore. Can someone please help.

not many ppl on this forums are helpful to newbs i guess......you have to fiddle around with teh first pgc......title #1 isn't the magic # taht you can always use. You have to go and look at teh video_ts.ifo and see the title set title # and title # that the main movie points to and change the first pgc so it points to that.
