What is the best TV Capture card or Video Capture Card

I am looking to cature some episodes of HBO Series and other cartonn programmes for kids automatically by software from the TV capture card.. like beginning and ending times and also with very good capture quality. what product would this be ? Advise or suggestion appreciated.
