Hi,

Is it possible for TMPG to encode a mpeg2 file with a bitrate of 16Mbs or even 23 mbs?

I think he meant you have to load the "Unlock" profile.

Main Profile @ Main Level (MP@ML) allows only up to 15 Mbps.

So you would need to change that setting first ...
