Remuxing using VOB EDIT

Hello! Can anyone pleae let me know how you remux a full movie after it has been in REmpeg2?

I used rempeg2 to shrink the file size down to 3.8gb and i've shrunk vobs 1 through to seven.

I've seen a tutorial on how to shrink one single vob and place that back into a flie (think its darrow's).

Can anyone help????:D

However if I do this I always loose the first part of the movie (+/- 1 minute of introduction) on a stand alone player.

Someone has an idea why ?
