I have been been doing various ways of stripping a DVD, and seem to notice some kind of consistency in the pixelation problem I am having.
Here is my scenario, correct me if I am wrong or let me know if anyone doing somewhat similar has experience the same problem or not.
My goal was to keep the movie only. 1) I have rip entire movie with DVD Decrypt, 2) then ifoedit all the VOB ID and streams needed. 3) If size is too big, Ifoedit again and split in 2.
I noticed that if I rip the VOB IDs or splitting again in two the new VOBs in created step(2), pixelation started to occur.
Is it wise then to strip out VOB ID? Or restripping newly created movie VOBs into 2 DVDs, or is it better to split the original in 2 instead?
Has anyone experienced the same problem at all? Am burning with Prassi and Nero. Using Primediscs blanks.
