Working on a project, and Scenarist 2.5 [as per the subject] won't multiplex any video, and spits out an error message [shown below].

This is from a 16:9 .m2v file in a track with no audio stream. The video came from Adobe Premiere 6 with the Ligos Plug-in. Things I've tried so far:
Other video...4:3 stuff, other 16:9 files that I had encoded, a ripped .m2v file from a commercial DVD [dvd decrypter into VOBrator into Scenarist]
I tried including an audio track just for kicks
Again, just for kicks, I tried putting the file on a different harddrive [originally on an NTFS disk, copied to a FAT32 drive]
All with no luck.
It WILL multiplex stills though [for menus, etc.].
I have:
Windows XP Pro
256 MB
Athlon XP 1900+
Thanks in advance, and if you need/want more info, just say so.
